Limited term employment (LTE) and Project residency requirements
Per Wisconsin Statutes 230.26(1m)(a) and 230.27(1m)(a), an
applicant for limited term or project employment must be a Wisconsin
resident at the time of hire. Wisconsin Statutes 230.03(12)
identifies a resident as a person who meets at least one of the
