December 2007 Special Solicitation - this solicitation ended December 19, 2007

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) solicited for interest for a special consultant contract. This December special solicitation included interstate highway (I-94) packages. There are four scope of service narratives that comprise three packages for N-S freeway and one package for the Zoo interchange. Please note that the first package (SE 01) has different criteria than the others. The solicitation numbers are linked to MS Word MS Word files that includes the scope of services narrative and the NOI.
