Environmental areas - hazardous materials, glossary and acronyms
Brownfields - Abandoned, idled, or underused commercial, industrial, and institutional properties where redevelopment and reuse are complicated by light to moderate contamination from hazardous substances and wastes.
CERCLIS - A database used by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to track activities conducted under its Superfund program. Specific information is tracked for each individual site.
ERP - Environmental repair program
L.U.S.T - Leaking underground storage tank
NPL - National priority list for hazmat sites
PECFA - Petroleum Environmental Cleanup Fund Act
RCRA - Resource Conservation and Recovery Act
UST - Underground storage tank
