CAiCE | MicroStation | EPlans

The roadway design pages are for the guidance of design engineers, technicians, and inspection personnel engaged in roadway design, plan preparation, and construction for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). It is prepared to encourage uniform application of designs and standard details in plan preparation of roadways and other related facilities.

CAiCE files

EXE files have been renamed and reformatted for new update process. File names now represent the folder in which the files should reside. EXE files are no longer dependent on system variables for extraction.
kc_add.exe kc_all.exe kc_codes.exe		Deleted - These files will no longer be available.
kc_caice.exe		Renamed - Previously kc_add.exe
kc_cell.exe	etopog.cel etopog.ccl etopogv8.cel etopogv8.ccl	Updated -New cells have been added for survey and for MicroStation v8 proposed alignments.
kc_dgn.exe	dgncell.tbl	Updated - Cell translation table contains new reference for updated survey cells.
kc_ewclass.exe		Renamed - Previously kc_earth.exe
kc_flexfmt.exe		New - Multiple text file format translators primarily used for survey data file translation.
kc_ftb.exe	Many .ftb and .ftm files	Updated - Alignment display settings/Annotation/Text all need to be checked and fixed (V7 and V8), added features for surveys.
kc_inifiles.exe	Many .ini files	Renamed - Previously kc_ini.exe. Updated - Alignment display settings/Annotation/Text all need to be checked and fixed (V7 and V8), added features for surveys.
kc_masks.exe		Renamed - Previously kc_mask.exe.
kc_optfiles.exe	Many .opt files	Renamed - Previously kc_opt.exe. Updated - Alignment display settings/Annotation/Text all need to be checked and fixed (V7 and V8), added features for surveys.
kc_seed.exe	seed3dV8.dgn	Updated - Correct 3D Microstation v8 file
kc_table.exe	surveydataimport.csv surveydataimportCAL.csv surveydataimportJOB.csv surveydataimportPAC.csv	Updated - Files added for Survey Data Import tool.
kc_tugboats.exe		Renamed - Previously kc_tugboat.exe
kc_vbalib.exe	ERP-toXLS_1_08_08.exe NewEarthworkProcess.exe VbaFragment2k.lib WisDOTSurvey.lib importsurveydatahelp.pdf importsurveydatahelp2008.pdf	Renamed - Previously kc_vba.exe Updated - Files added for the new earthwork process. Fragment bugs corrected and the fragment NEWMARSH added. Help files added for WisDOT survey import tool.
kc_vrfrags.exe	newmarsh.htm newmarsh.bmp ruraldwy.htm ruraldwy.pdf	Renamed - Previously kc_frag.exe. Updated - Help files for new fragments RURALDWY and NEWMARSH has been added.

ms_sign.exe v8_sign.exe	signso.cel	E557C, E557L, E557R, E558, and E558C Deleted - Obsolete signs.
