Wisconsin state public defenders

You can request certified driver records through the State Public Defender (SPD) Intranet site. Note that this site is restricted to state public defenders, so you'll need proper intranet credentials.

You may enter one request or several at a time.

Important notice

Effective January 1st, 2010, Wisconsin statute 343.24(2)(d) requires DMV to charge an additional $2 fee for each paper copy of a driver record abstract. This fee will also apply to all government agencies that submit requests for certified driver records in paper format. 

Abstract fee

The $2 abstract fee will apply to any request received by phone, teletype, fax or mail, but will not apply to requests received via the SPD Intranet site.
