Getting TraCS 

To obtain TraCS, law enforcement agencies must:

• Complete a Traffic and Criminal Software Application (TraCS) - Form MV3734
• Complete a TraCS Sub User's License - Form MV3744
• Complete a Uniform Traffic Citation Number Agreement - Form MV3749 (only if you plan on processing citations using TraCS)

Send completed applications and form(s) to:

WisDOT's Citations & Withdrawals Section will review and sign the paperwork. Instructions for downloading the production software will be sent to you when the following are received:

1. Receipt of your application
2. Signed TraCS Sub Users License
3. Completion of required training.

You will need Microsoft Word to view Word files. If you do not have a copy of Microsoft Word installed on your computer, you can use the Microsoft Word Viewer (provided free of charge) to view Word files.
