Unladen weight permit

Issued by International Registration Plan (IRP) jurisdictions to owner-operators hunting for a lessee. This permit allows for operation at unladen weight only. The permit is valid for 30 days from the time and date on the permit.

The fee is $15. An online convenience fee of $0.50 is charged. All major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa.
