Safe Routes to School - Funded projects

In 2007, 47 Wisconsin communities were awarded over $4 million in Safe Routes to School grants to support and encourage children to walk and bike to school. Of the 47 grants, 25 will be used for project planning and 22 will be used to implement changes right away.
