Elderly and Disabled Transportation Capital Assistance 

The Elderly and Disabled Transportation Capital Assistance program utilizes federal and state funds to provide capital funding for specialized transit vehicles used to serve the elderly and persons with disabilities. 

Eligible applicants include private, non-profit organizations and local public bodies.
