UPDATE: Wisconsin State Patrol looking for man who allegedly hit and injured trooper by hitting his motorcycle
October 2, 2007
Law enforcement agencies are looking for Floyd N. Reynolds (picture), age 37, of New Lisbon who allegedly used his vehicle to hit and injure a Wisconsin State Patrol motorcycle trooper during a traffic stop on I-90/94 late last night near New Lisbon and then fled the scene.
Reynolds, a white male, and Anastasia J. Jakubow, a white female passenger in the vehicle, are still at large and are wanted for questioning. They fled the scene in a green 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier four door with Wisconsin license plate number 600FVF.
At 10:10 p.m. on Monday, Reynolds was stopped by the trooper for speeding. Both Reynolds and Jakubow had outstanding warrants. As the trooper waited for back-up, Reynolds allegedly backed his vehicle into the trooper and his motorcycle before fleeing. The trooper was treated and released from a local hospital after suffering non-life-threatening injuries to his head and face.
The Juneau County Crimestoppers, Inc., is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of Floyd Reynolds. Call 1-800-826-TIPS. Callers may remain anonymous.
