US 51 northbound lane closure begins in Wausau tomorrow

Crews plan to close one lane of northbound US 51 between WIS 29/52 and Bridge Street. The closure is scheduled to occur from 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 23 until 9 p.m., Wednesday, October 24.

The closure is necessary to switch the northbound traffic onto the newly constructed northbound lanes.

Delays to northbound traffic can be anticipated during this period. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.

The dates and times of the lane closure are dependent on favorable weather conditions and are subject to change.
