Traffic alert: Ramp and Lane closures scheduled on I-794 in Milwaukee County

On Saturday, January 12, I-794 westbound will be closed at Jackson Street in Milwaukee County, announced the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). In addition, the Jackson Street on-ramp, the Lincoln Memorial Drive on-ramp and the northbound I-794 to westbound I-794 connector ramp will be closed.

Crews will be performing bridge maintenance in the area from 7 a.m. until noon.

Work is weather-dependant.  Motorists are advised to take alternate routes.
