Construction to start on County PP bridge over the I-90/94 in Monroe County, Village of Oakdale

Bridge will be closed during construction

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Southwest Regional Office in La Crosse is announcing that work is beginning on Monday, February 18, 2008 on 0.24 miles of County PP from Cougar Drive to Woody Drive in Monroe County in the Village of Oakdale.

The project will consist of bridge rehabilitation including approach and ramp work. The bridge will be widened to meet current standards.

I-90/94 will be reduced to single lanes at times, ramps will be open at all times with use of temporary lanes. The bridge will be closed during construction.

The project is scheduled for completion in July 2008.
