Public information meeting scheduled April 23 for US 12 project in Walworth County

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has announced a public information meeting (PIM) is scheduled to discuss improvements to US 12, from Cox Road to the intersection of WIS 20/67 in Walworth County.

When: Wednesday, April 23, 2008 from 6 to 8 p.m.

Where: La Grange Town Hall, N7889 County Road H, Whitewater, WI

The purpose of the meeting is to explain the project, provide information regarding the scope of the work, project schedule, and obtain your comments for consideration during project development. Your participation and comments are important. Access to local businesses and residents will be maintained throughout construction.

The meeting will be an "open-house" format. Exhibits will be on display for your review and comment. The project team will be available to provide information and answer questions.
