Public information meeting scheduled June 12 for WIS 32 and WIS 42

Resurfacing project scheduled for 2013

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) NE Regional Office is announcing a public information meeting to review preliminary plans for the resurfacing of both WIS 32 between WIS 23 and the northern village limits of Howards Grove; and WIS 42 within the village of Howards Grove. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 12, 2008 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Howards Grove Community Center, 913 South Wisconsin Drive, Howards Grove.

Construction is tentatively scheduled for 2013. Right of way acquisition and temporary easements are expected for intersection improvements along WIS 32.

The meeting is being held as an open house so the public may attend at their convenience during the time listed. No formal presentation is planned. Displays of the project will be available for review and WisDOT staff can discuss the project on an individual basis. All citizens interested in the project are encouraged to attend.
 
The Howards Grove Community Center is wheelchair accessible. Those who are hearing impaired and require an interpreter should contact WisDOT prior to June 6, 2008. Please dial 711 to contact the Wisconsin Telecommunication Relay System, and ask the communication assistant to contact Paul Brauer of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation at (920) 492-0135.
