Oneida Street to close at WIS 172

Fox River Trail to also close briefly at WIS 172

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s (WisDOT) Northeast Region at Green Bay is announcing Oneida Street at WIS 172 will be closed beginning Monday, Mar. 16 and will remain closed until July 2009. It will be closed near the bridge only and all local access will be maintained during this closure.

A detour route will be posted involving Pilgrim Way, Holmgren Way, and Vanderperren Way. This closure is required to remove and replace the WIS 172 westbound structure over Oneida Street.

The Fox River Trail where it crosses WIS 172 will be closed the week of Mar. 9 through the 14th. This closure is needed to allow crews to form the new Fox River Bridge deck located directly above the trail.
