Public meeting Apr. 21 for two construction projects in Pierce and St. Croix counties

Meeting to focus on projects on WIS 65 and WIS 35

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northwest Region in Eau Claire is announcing a public information meeting to discuss the construction of a roundabout at the WIS 65/Cemetery Road intersection in Pierce County and a pavement replacement project on WIS 35 from WIS 29 to County U in St. Croix County. The meeting is scheduled from 6:30 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Apr. 21 at the River Falls Public Library, 140 Union Street, River Falls.

The public is encouraged to attend the open house style meeting, provide input and ask questions concerning these projects. Maps showing the proposed improvement alternatives will be on display. WisDOT representatives will be available to discuss the projects on an individual basis.
