Public meeting Apr. 29 for I-90/94 improvements in Monroe and Juneau counties

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Southwest Region will hold a public information meeting to discuss design concepts for the asphalt overlay and bridge replacements on I-90/94 from Tomah to Camp Douglas in Monroe and Juneau Counties. The meeting will be held from 6-8 pm., Apr. 29, at the Camp Douglas village offices, 304 Center Street, Camp Douglas.
The proposed project consists of placing an asphalt overlay and replacing four bridges on I-90/94 from Tomah to Camp Douglas. A final plan will be selected this summer and construction is scheduled for 2010 and 2011.
The public is encouraged to attend and provide input and ask questions concerning this project. Maps showing the proposed improvement alternatives will be on display. WisDOT representatives will be available to discuss the project on an individual basis.
