Public meeting scheduled June 23 for WIS 100 (Mayfair Road) in Milwaukee County

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Southeast Regional Office in Waukesha is announcing a public information meeting to discuss the bridge rehabilitation and resurfacing of Mayfair Road (WIS 100) from Watertown Plank Road to Walnut Road and the resurfacing and reconstruction of WIS 100 from Walnut Road to Burleigh Road in Milwaukee County. The meeting is scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday June 23, 2009, at Mayfair Mall - Room G150, 2500 North Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa.

The purpose of this meeting is to introduce the project team, review proposed roadway improvements, and to obtain input on the projects. The meeting will be conducted in an open house format with project exhibits on display for review. WisDOT staff, along with its consulting engineers, will be available to answer questions. Participants will be able to provide written or verbal comments to the project staff during the meeting.
