County Y in Marinette County closing briefly starting July 13

Short section of highway to be closed until the end of August

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is announcing Marinette County Y just west of Peshtigo is closing until the end of August. Beginning Monday, July 13, County Y will be closed from US 41 to one third of a mile south of this intersection. It will re-open Monday, August 31.

A posted detour will be in place:

• North on County Y - west on County A to US 41, north on US 41, back to County Y.
• South on County Y - south on US 41 to County A, east on County A, back to County Y.

Crews will be constructing the interchange and paving County Y at this location.
