WIS 38/County K roundabout bypass lane in Racine County to close July 27

Work is scheduled to begin the week of July 27 at the WIS38/County K roundabout.

The work will involve the temporary closing of the east-south bypass lane. Motorists will still be able to use the normal roundabout lanes to make all the normal traffic movements.

The project involves re-enforcing the box culvert under the roundabout to better accommodate the amount of storm water runoff in the area.

The work should be completed in September. LaLonde Contractors. Inc., is the prime contractor.
