Closure of WIS 52 on-ramp to southbound US 51 next week in Marathon County

Motorists will be detoured

Crews plan to close the WIS 52 on-ramp to southbound US 51 on Monday, August 17. The closure is necessary to apply a skid-resistant surface to the bridge over Stewart Avenue.

While the ramp is closed, traffic will be detoured via Marathon County R and County NN.

Crews plan to reopen the ramp before the end of the day on Thursday, August 20.

The schedule is approximate and dependent on favorable weather conditions and construction status.
