The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) NE region in Green Bay is announcing that work to add dual left-turn lanes at the US 41 off-ramps to WIS 114 in Winnebago County, is about to enter stage two. Traffic impacts for motorists will be shoulder and lane closures tentatively scheduled from Tuesday, Sept. 8 through Thursday, Oct. 1.

Stage two construction involves the following closures:

  • US 41 northbound off-ramp to WIS 114 east - middle lane of the off-ramp
  • WIS 114 eastbound - median through and turn lanes from US 41 southbound off-ramp to 500 feet past US 41 northbound off-ramp
  • WIS 114 westbound - median through and turn lanes from 500 feet east of US 41 northbound off-ramp to US 41 southbound off-ramp

The project is estimated at $383,000 and involves concrete pavement replacement, repair, and construction of additional off-ramp lanes at the WIS 114 interchange. Motorists are advised to use caution and remain alert when driving through this or any work zone.
