WIS 11 project in Rock County completed as scheduled

Project was advanced through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act

The resurfacing of WIS 11 between Footville and Janesville has been completed as scheduled. The $2.8 million project was advanced using funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

Construction began the week of July 6. One lane of traffic remained open throughout the 5.8 mile project. All lanes are open as of Sept. 3.

The WisDOT Southwest Region asks motorists to be vigilant for workers performing finishing work near the roadway.
