Crews repairing railroad crossing in the city of Nekoosa

WIS 173 - between Garrison Avenue and Alexander Avenue, in the city of Nekoosa - will be closed and detoured beginning Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 6 a.m. The closure is necessary for crews to repair the railroad crossing.

Detours:

• Eastbound traffic will be detoured via Point Basse Avenue, 1st Street and Alexander Avenue.
• Westbound traffic will be detoured via Patton Avenue, 1st Street and Point Basse Avenue.

The work is scheduled for completion on Thursday, Sept. 10, by 4 p.m.
