Additional lane to close Sept. 8 on US 41 northbound, Lake Butte des Morts Causeway

US 41 northbound closure just announced

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) NE region in Green Bay is announcing that tentatively starting Sept. 8, 2009, the US 41 northbound left (passing) lane between WIS 21 and Westwind Road will closed to traffic from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., Monday through Thursday.

This closure on US 41 northbound on the Lake Butte des Morts Causeway is in addition to lane closures announced last week affecting the US 41 southbound left (passing) lane. The off-peak lane closure is needed to allow work in the median and is expected to last until the end of the month.
