Road repairs planned Sept. 21 - Oct. 9 for WIS 27 in Chippewa County

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation Northwest Region in Eau Claire announces that road repairs to WIS 27 in Chippewa County, between Cadott and Cornell, will begin on Monday, Sept. 21, 2009.

Construction crews will be resurfacing that stretch of highway. Motorists can expect single lane closures with the use of flagging crews to guide them through the work zone. The project is being done to repair work that was done earlier this year that was not performed to WisDOT's satisfaction.

The work is expected to be completed by Oct. 9, 2009.
