Lane closure scheduled for WIS 55 in Forest County Sept. 17 - 25

Crews are closing the northbound lane of WIS 55 - approximately five miles south of Alvin -- at Pine River bridge.

The lane closure is necessary for crews to complete scheduled maintenance at the northeast corner of the Pine River bridge.

Motorists can expect to encounter temporary stop signs at the bridge.

Work is scheduled for completion on Friday, Sept. 25.

The work requires favorable weather conditions and is subject to change.
