WIS 310 opening Friday, Oct. 30 in Manitowoc County

Highway had been closed since July

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Regional Office at Green Bay is announcing WIS 310 is reopening Friday, Oct. 30 during the day. The highway had been closed from a mile east of I-43 to the west corporate limits of the city of Two Rivers.

The nearly six mile project, begun in July, included an overlay of the existing pavement and construction of three roundabouts at County R, County Q and County B. Estimated cost for the project is approximately $4 million.
