I-39/Maple Ridge Road interchange in Kronenwetter public meeting scheduled Nov. 19

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is conducting a public information meeting to discuss proposed improvements to the I-39/Maple Ridge Road interchange, located in the village of Kronenwetter.
The meeting is scheduled to take place Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the village of Kronenwetter Municipal Building, 1582 Kronenwetter Drive. The meeting will follow an open house format. No presentations are scheduled. Local officials, property owners and other interested parties are encouraged to attend.
WisDOT representatives will provide information regarding the proposed design of the I-39/Maple Ridge Road interchange. Improvements include a new Maple Ridge Road structure, realignment of the ramps and side roads, a new park and ride area, a new shared-use path, and new traffic signals.
Reconstruction of the interchange is currently scheduled to begin in 2012.
