July 17, 2013
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), in coordination with Rock County, will hold a public information meeting on Wednesday, July 31 to discuss plans for the reconstruction of County G from Huebbe Parkway to WIS 11 in Rock County. The meeting is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. at Blackhawk Technical College, Room 1400-B (North Commons), 6004 S. County Road G, Janesville, Wisconsin. A brief formal presentation will begin at 5:30 p.m.
The meeting will present design information for planned improvements, which includes:
- Reconstruction of County G from Huebbe Parkway to WIS 11;
- Reconstruction of the Town Line Road intersection with traffic signals;

Strip right of way acquisition for properties adjacent to the project corridor is anticipated. In coordination with Rock County, these improvements are part of the I-39/90 expansion project from the Illinois state line to the US 12/18 interchange near Madison.
The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input, and ask questions regarding this project. Maps showing the proposed improvement alternatives will be on display. Designers from AECOM, Batterman, and Ayres, along with WisDOT and county representatives will be available to discuss the project on an individual basis.
