US 10 lane closures scheduled in Portage County next week
August 16, 2013
Single lane closures necessary for anti-skid treatment installation
Crews are planning single lane closures on eastbound US 10 at the US 10 bridges over the Tomorrow River in the town of Amherst beginning Monday, August 19.
The closure is necessary for crews to install anti-skid treatments to the surface of the bridges. Motorists should be alert for slow moving vehicles and potential traffic backups during peak travel times. To avoid any delays, motorists may want to use alternate routes.
Work is scheduled for completion by the end of the day on Thursday, August 22. The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions.
