Waupaca DMV Customer Service Center is moving to West Fulton Street

November 26, 2013

After serving customers for many years at 1300 East Royalton Street, the Waupaca DMV Customer Service Center will close its doors on Wednesday, December 4 and move to a new location at 801 West Fulton Street in the Goodwill Building. The new facility will open its doors to customers at 7 a.m. on Monday, December 9.

Opens: Monday, December 9
Address: 801 W. Fulton Street
Hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday

Please note that the Waupaca DMV Customer Service Center only processes driver license, identification card and disabled parking transactions and is unable to process vehicle-related transactions such as titles or registration renewals.

The DMV would like to remind all customers that many services such as license plate registration renewal and vehicle titling do not require a trip to a customer service center and can be handled online, through the mail or by other third-party service providers. For more information, check www.wisconsindmv.gov. Remember to always look for.gov in the web address. Web sites with .org or .com are for-profit sites that will charge for forms that are always free from www.wisconsindmv.gov.
