Meeting scheduled for 8th St (WIS 32) Reconstruction in De Pere

Meeting to focus on preliminary design concepts and obtain public comment
Green Bay - The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region is announcing a public involvement meeting to discuss preliminary design concepts for the reconstruction of 8th Street (WIS 32) from Oak Street to Ash Street in De Pere, Brown County. The meeting will be held Thursday, March 6 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the De Pere Community Center, 600 Grant Street, De Pere, WI in the Pine Room. A short presentation will be made at 5:30 p.m.
This project will include updated and expanded bike and pedestrian accommodation and is scheduled for construction in 2017.
As a convenience to the public, the meeting is being conducted in an open-house format. WisDOT staff will be available to discuss the project and obtain input from the public. Persons with information regarding privately owned utilities, drainage facilities, or underground structures that are adjacent to the project corridor are encouraged to attend this meeting or provide comments.
