Beltline interchange part of Interstate 39/90 expansion project
A public involvement meeting will occur on Thursday, April 17 to provide updated design plans and gather public input on the proposed improvements for the I-39/90 and US 12/18 (Beltline) interchange near Madison. The meeting will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the McFarland High School Cafeteria, 5101 Farwell Street, McFarland, WI 53558. A formal presentation will be held at 6 p.m.
As part of the I-39/90 expansion project, the US 12/18 (Beltline) interchange will be reconstructed to address safety and congestion concerns, along with the deteriorating and outdated infrastructure. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input and ask questions regarding this project. Maps and exhibits showing the proposed improvements will be on display. WisDOT representatives will be available to discuss the project on an individual basis.
