Work on US 41 ramp in Milwaukee County to begin
April 18, 2014
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) will begin work on the southbound on-ramp of the US 41 and Good Hope Road Interchange. Work will begin Monday, April 21, weather permitting. The project is expected to be completed this summer.
The on-ramp will be widened from its current two lanes to three lanes to meet future traffic volumes. The project will also involve lighting replacement, new pavement markings and work on signs.
The work will require a single lane closure and a temporary full ramp closure in the overnight hours. There will be full access for motorists during peak hours.
As always, use of the Wisconsin 511 online website will help provide traffic information.
