WIS 67 to close in Waukesha County

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) will be closing WIS 67 in Eagle from WIS 59 to County ZZ. The approximate four-mile closure will be in effect Wednesday April 23 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., weather permitting.

Crews will be removing dead trees along the highway in the Kettle Moraine State Forest – Southern Unit.

Motorists approaching the closure heading north on WIS 67 will be detoured onto eastbound WIS 59, then west on County ZZ, and back onto WIS 67. Motorists heading south will be detoured east on County ZZ, then onto westbound WIS 59, and then south on WIS 67.

Personnel will be stationed at intersections along the closed road, informing motorists of the detours. Emergency vehicles and school buses will be granted access as needed.
