Public meeting set for WIS 241 (27th Street) from Drexel Avenue to College Avenue

Meeting to provide updated project information

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Southeast Region in Waukesha is announcing a public involvement meeting to discuss the final design of WIS 241 (27th Street) from Drexel Avenue to College Avenue. The meeting will follow an informal open house format with the project team being available to answer questions and address concerns relating to the project. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, provide input and ask questions concerning the project. The meeting details are as follows:

  • Where: St. James Church Hall, 7219 S. 27th Street, Franklin, Wisconsin
  • When: Tuesday, June 3, from 4 to 7 p.m.

Exhibits and information on the following elements will be available:

  • Roadway and intersection construction plans
  • Changes to median openings and driveways
  • Right of way impacts

The goal of the meeting is to obtain feedback on the construction plans developed for the corridor.
