Reminder: Overnight closure of northbound US 41 in Brown County June 9 and 10

Closures necessary for traffic switch, tub girder placement
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region in Green Bay is reminding motorists that a portion of northbound US 41 will be closed in Brown County overnight tonight, June 9, and tomorrow, June 10 for tub girder erection at the I-43 and US 41 interchange. Detour and times are:
FULL CLOSURE of
northbound US 41 between Velp Avenue and northbound I-43 Monday, June 9, and
Tuesday, June 10, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Traffic will be detoured as follows:
- Northbound US 41 traffic will be detoured off at Velp Avenue, take Velp Avenue east to Atkinson Drive, follow Atkinson Drive north to northbound I-43 and take northbound I-43 to northbound US 41.
- In addition, the northbound US 41 on-ramp from Velp Avenue will be closed from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
All lane restrictions and work operations are weather-dependent and subject to change.
