US 41 drivers seeking County EB/Packerland Drive should use WIS 54/Mason Street

Flyover ramps do not exit at County EB/Packerland; Shawano Avenue to close July 7

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region in Green Bay is reminding drivers the new US 41 to westbound WIS 29 flyover ramps do not have an exit at County EB/Packerland Drive. US 41 northbound and southbound drivers wanting to access County EB/Packerland Drive should exit at WIS 54/Mason Street and take Mason Street west to Packerland Drive. US 41 drivers can also access Shawano Avenue and Packerland Drive by using the off-ramp from US 41 to Shawano Avenue and take Shawano west to Packerland until July 7, 2014.

Construction of the Shawano Avenue interchange with US 41 is scheduled to begin Monday, July 7. Shawano Avenue from Taylor Street to Packerland Drive will be CLOSED for 60 days along with all US 41 ramps at Shawano Avenue. The northbound US 41 exit ramp to eastbound Shawano Avenue will only be CLOSED a maximum of 21 days within the 60-day CLOSURE.
