August 15, 2014

Other US 41/Shawano ramps and Shawano Avenue remain closed

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region in Green Bay is announcing the northbound US 41 exit ramp to eastbound Shawano Avenue will open Saturday, August 16. It had been shut down for 21 days for reconstruction of Shawano Avenue. Shawano Avenue from Taylor Street to Packerland Drive and all other Shawano interchange ramps remain closed for 60 days. They are scheduled to open the first week of September. A detailed map of the closure area and alternate routes can be found at the project website. Look for the Shawano Avenue link at the bottom of the homepage.

The closure is needed for complete reconstruction of the Shawano Avenue interchange.

All lane restrictions and work operations are weather-dependent and subject to change.
