US 14 Reconstruction - Environmental documents

Environmental Report (ER)

A separate ER was generated for the following segments of the US 14 Corridor:

  • US 14/County MM Interchange, County MM/M Intersection project
    • The US 14/County MM Interchange Project includes the interchange, reconstruction effort and reconstruction of the County MM and County M intersection.
  • Park and ride (Salt shed) Facility Project
    • The Park and ride (Salt shed) is the construction of a new Park and ride Lot and future salt shed in the southeast quadrant of the US 14/WIS 138 interchange.

Environmental Assessment (EA)

An EA was produced for the US 14 corridor. The EA evaluated the purpose and need of the overall project, and the environmental impacts of a number of alternatives developed during the study.

The following documents are in Adobe PDF PDF format.

Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)

The development of the EIS was completed at the time the original alignment was selected in the 1970s.

Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is moving ahead with the US 14 Corridor projects.

As required in the public involvement procedures, meetings have been held with local officials and the public to ensure the results of the original EIS are still applicable to today's residents and environment.
