1999, 2000 and 2002 - PIMs were conducted to provide opportunities for the public to comment and ask questions about the WIS 164 study.

Public hearings

May 30, 2003 - A public hearing took place during the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) comment period. The hearing included:
- Guidelines for providing written and oral testimony.
- Graphics and other displays.
- Computer enhancements of possible improvements on several locations along the corridor.
- Handouts containing project information.

Project Advisory Committee (PAC)

The Project Advisory Committee (PAC) ensured that the views of local interests were considered. The committee included officials from WisDOT, FHWA, Wisconsin DNR, the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, local units of government and residents along the corridor.

PAC meetings were held in 1999, 2000 and 2002.

Resolutions

Resolutions were made by the town of Lisbon, village of Lannon, village of Menomonee Falls and town of Richfield.
