Claude Allouez Bridge project selected alternative

The environmental assessment recommended the single bridge alternative on new location as the preferred alternative for construction. This will result in construction of a new 4-lane bridge upstream or south of the De Pere dam. 

The project will also reconstruct several of the approach roadways to the bridge. On the west side, a traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of Third and Reid. On the east side, a multi-lane roundabout will be installed at the intersection of Broadway and the new bridge.
