Claude Allouez Bridge project environmental document

WisDOT has completed an environmental assessment on the Claude Allouez Bridge. This process identified the environmental impacts and costs associated with the identified bridge alternatives, and helped to determine the alternative with the least impact on the local community.

The draft environmental assessment has been published. A public hearing on the environmental assessment was held on February 28, 2004, in De Pere. Public comments regarding the impacts and effects of proposed improvements were accepted until March 15, 2004. 

FHWA issued a Finding of No Significant Impact for the project on June 13, 2005.
