December 2006	Draft Enivronment Impact Statement (DEIS) is submitted to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for approval.
February 2007	Public hearing and open comment period held for DEIS.
June 2007	Corridor is selected. View the July 2007 newsletter.
Winter 2008	Preliminary (30%) design plans complete. Public information meeting (PIM) to be held.
Summer 2009	Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) approval.
Spring 2010	Public hearing for official mapping
2010 or later	WIS 15 competes for major funding for construction versus other projects statewide every even-numbered year.
