WIS 57 expansion project - public involvement

Today more than ever, highway projects are developed as a cooperative effort between the public, federal review agencies and WisDOT.

Preparing a project like WIS 57 from concept to construction takes several years. Citizens, local governments and potential developers are given the opportunity to participate in preserving a highway for the future.

Public information meetings and this Web site are opportunities for citizens to receive information and provide feedback to WisDOT staff. WisDOT continues to keep the public involved by informing citizens of project updates through news releases and newsletters.
