Kenosha-Racine I-94 interchanges - Schedule

• Spring/Summer 2005 - WisDOT gathered traffic forecasts
• Spring 2008 - The design and environmental work on the remainder of the interchanges along with the reconstruction of the I-94 mainline was part of the comprehensive Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) which has been completed.
• 2009 - Construction is anticipated to begin on the County E frontage roads, County C frontage roads, and WIS 158 frontage roads in Kenosha County.
• 2011 - Construction on the mainline freeway in Kenosha County and the frontage roads in Racine County is anticipated to begin.
