During construction if the road in front of my property is under construction or closed due to detour, how will my garbage pick-up services be affected?

During construction it is up to each property owner to work with their individual garbage service provider to coordinate alternate means of garbage service. There will be a project engineer on site for each project that you could contact to get more exact times of when you will be affected once construction has begun and the contractor has submitted a proposed detailed construction schedule.
