Current (this year)

2014-2017 - Design work continues

  • US 14, WIS 138 to WIS 92 (Segment E)
  • Park and Ride lot (Segment F)

Future (next year and beyond)

2018-2024

  • US 14, WIS 138 to WIS 92 (Segment E) construction anticipated
    • Phases of the project shall be constructed over the next three to six years
  • Park and Ride lot (Segment F) construction anticipated

2013 - Design work started

2012 - Reconstruction of the US 14 and County MM interchange and County MM and County M
intersection completed (Segment D)

2011

  • Reconstruction of US 14 and WIS 138 interchange completed (Segment B)
  • City of Fitchburg project reconstruction phase of the placement of existing Lacy Road Overpass and McCoy Road interchange completed (Segment G)
  • Resurface US 14 from US 12/18 to County MM completed (Segment C)
  • PIMís
    • May 12, 2011 - PIM for US 14 and County MM interchange and County MM and County M
      intersection
    • Jan. 25, 2011 - PIM for WIS 138 and US 14 interchange
    • Jan. 25, 2011 - PIM to inform the community of the anticipated US 14 and WIS 138 interchange
      project construction duration, staging and traffic re-routing.

2010 - City of Fitchburg resurfaced the 4-lane segment on McCoy Road in the interchange area
(Segment G)

2009 - Reconstructed and expanded US 14 to four lanes from County MM to WIS 138 (Segment A)

Aug. 14, 2008 - Public hearing for the US 14 corridor projects (Segments A, B, C and E)

2006 - PIM for the US corridor projects (Segments A, B, C and E)

2005 - Resurfacing existing US 14 from West Rutland road to WIS 138 (Segment H)
